From install to autopilot, mapped.
How Krewva goes from “just installed” to drafting in your voice — with auto-send controlled by your clicks, not a timer.
-
Install + connect inboxes. Zero surprise actions.
You install Krewva, grant Accessibility, and connect Gmail or Slack. The mac-agent starts the 90-day outbound walk for voice training immediately. Your messages go through exactly as before — Krewva observes and drafts, but nothing sends without you.
Auto-handled0% -
First drafts land in your feed.
Krewva writes in your voice from your historical outbound messages and shows draft cards for approval. You approve, edit, or deny. Each decision teaches the sender and bucket rules — family, close friends, friends, work, unknown.
Auto-handled10% -
Turn on auto-send for one trusted sender.
When a sender is safe, flip the switch from the card menu or Settings. That sender can auto-send instantly. Work can stay manual. Unknown contacts stay gated until you approve them.
Auto-handled35% -
Expand by bucket, not by clock.
Enable auto-send for family, close friends, or a business-safe queue only when the drafts are good enough. Each bucket has its own rule. You can leave sensitive or work conversations approval-only forever.
Auto-handled60% -
Pause or roll back instantly.
Pause all auto-send in Settings, pull one sender back to manual from their card, or disconnect a platform. Access changes take effect immediately. The feed keeps showing what happened and why.

Common questions during setup.
The five things people ask most while they're building trust with the system.
-
What happens if I deny a draft?
The deny is logged against that sender + bucket. If you deny enough drafts, the trust dial walks autonomy back for that bucket and the next replies route back through manual approval. One denial is a signal, not a punishment. -
Can I pause Krewva while I'm on vacation?
Yes. Settings → Pause All halts auto-send across every bucket but keeps drafts being prepared. When you come back, the queue is waiting and you tap through the backlog. Or pause a single platform if you want only Slack to keep flowing. -
Does Krewva ever auto-send my first reply to a new contact?
No. New unknown contacts always start at zero autonomy. Krewva will draft a reply but route it through manual approval, regardless of how trained the voice model is, until you've personally approved enough exchanges with that sender. -
What if my voice changes — new job, new partner, big life shift?
Krewva keeps matching the way you actually write. If your tone changes after a new job, new relationship, or big life shift, drafts adapt, and you can refresh your writing style from Settings → Voice Profile → Regenerate. -
What's the safest way to roll Krewva back if I hate it?
Settings → Account → Disconnect All Platforms revokes every OAuth token and stops the mac-agent from reading anything immediately. Settings → Account → Delete Everything disables drafts and starts the purge/anonymization job. Trash the .app and the local mac-agent goes too.
